I was given the opportunity to take part in the Bright Spark programme - a leadership development programme across our European markets. This really molded my career, both now and moving forward, and opened new connections with our international colleagues and leadership team. 

Working at Clear Channel for the last 30 years has flown by and is ever-changing, we are consistently evolving our products and people. As we undergo a once-in-a-generation digital transformation, it has never been more exciting to join us as we expand our programmatic and digital portfolio across the country. This really is a business you can grow with.  

I started in our Commercial team, then after four years I started learning how to code in my spare time. Through my work mentor I met some Developers at Clear Channel who advised me on how to hone and develop my skills. I was delighted to move to a Junior Software Developer role, where I was fully supported in my transition and development. I am excited to keep building on my skillset here.

I've been with Clear Channel for seventeen years, progressing from a Maintenance Operative to a Digital Technician. As well as the day-to-day benefits of outdoor flexible working, career development is at the heart of the Clear Channel offering, no two days are the same here!
